In this former British colony where food often comes with a western twist, baked goods such as egg tarts, pineapple bun, and egg waffle are just the lovely, unique hybrids that are commonly enjoyed in everyday life.   1. Mammy Pancake 媽咪雞蛋仔

Listed by the Michelin Guide when it first added a street food section to its Hong Kong’s edition, the chain managed to revive the trend of egg waffle offering many flavors, from sweet to savory. Chocolate Chips, Matcha, Coffee are popular choices. Pork Floss with Sesame, Salted Seaweed with Corn, Double Cheese, and Salted Egg Yolk are great pleasure to have.
