Looking for a special bar experience? How about an evening chilling at the outdoor terrace of a classy bar with a Chinese flair? Located in Hyatt Regency, Chin Chin is a definite hit among whisky lovers for it has Kowloon’s most extensive whiskey collection for you to browse and sample.

Unlike many hotel bars that can be a bit hit and miss, Chin Chin shall not be overlooked for its grant Chinese style decor and over 200 varieties of whisky to choose from. Sitting back in the indoor bar or cozy up at the outdoor terrace with an eye-catching backdrop of antique Chinese cupboards is possibly the best way to celebrate a modern lifestyle in the East-meets-West city. Imagine sipping your favorite whisky at the outdoor terrace to the view of the nostalgic bustling Tsim Sha Tsui. Ultimate unwinding and relaxation.

The bar’s extensive whisky collection focuses on Scotch whiskies and includes rare bottles. You can sip on Isle of Skye 25-year-old Talisker or hold a glass of Glenfarclas 1968 while soaking up the live tunes.

Sip on whisky cocktails to appreciate the versatility and complexity of the spirit. Zeus, a mixture of Earl Grey infused whisky with bitters; Mulan, a strong bourbon whisky with a touch of sweet lychee and grape; and Double Wood, a one-of-a-kind cocktail complemented by a burnt cinnamon stick are some of the bar’s bespoke whisky cocktail creations. Other classic selections such Manhattan, Old Fashioned and Whisky Sour are also on the menu.

As a sophisticated bar, Chin Chin offers a array of snacks ranging from artisan cold cut & cheese, international barbecue to Chinese appetizers from the wok.

You can’t expect it to be cheap. But good news: Happy hours from 5pm to 10pm Monday through Saturday where 2-for-1 offer is available for selected drinks. Also check out their website for the brunch buffet.
