Serving 32 tap beers that feature a wide range of brews, from local craft beers to global awards winning selections, the beer joint was listed as one of the Top 10 Beer Bars in Asia nominated by CNN in 2014. With their beer list changing weekly, you will find exclusive beers that can be found nowhere else in Hong Kong. Try their signature Roundhouse IPA which is highly aromatic and suggestive of flowers. The bitterness gives the whole tasting an intriguing ending note.
Of course you don’t want to miss the chicken; Hand-battered, buttermilk marinated chicken served with fresh-out-of-oven biscuits drizzled with local honey- along with Southern sides like fried okra, black eyed peas, mac and cheese and cornbread hush puppies. Did I mention they have “Wings Wednesday”? On Wednesdays, fried chicken wings are sold half-priced: $49 for 8 pieces. Piping hot with a sauce of your choice, from Buffalo to lemon pepper. (Trust me, you will have to share with others. It’s beyond satisfying.)
Currently there’s another special deal of buy one get one free for burgers on Mondays, all day. Need I say more?
Though the place is a bit small and rather no-frills, it’s most definitely a spot you love for getting your pub fix. And you would enjoy seeing the exposed pipes leading from beer storage upstairs to the taps.
