Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows on 3 sides, Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge offers hands down the best vistas from the very top of Harbour Grand hotel. Arguably better than The Peak, and better than a helicopter ride around the harbor, the 188-degree harbor view through the double height floor-to-ceiling glass will get you stunned. Without a doubt, it is one of the best places in town to enjoy the city’s dazzling firework.

At Le 188°, you can drink wine inside or out, taste snack from a raw bar, and savor modern European cuisine and seafood delights in a grand, romantic environment complimented by modern, luxurious interior design and ornament such as chandeliers and some of the finest stones on Earth.

You can relax at any corner of the restaurant and enjoy high tea with the setting sun behind the Hong Kong skyline, or have a wonderful night tasting their quality dinner dishes. The lobster bisque is a rich and hearty one. The cloud of foam in the soup adds to the salty overtones, with the drizzle of balsamic vinegar creating more layers of flavor. You will be happy to find a piece of perfectly al dente artichoke ravioli at the bottom of the bowl.

Their sirloin steak is also very nice. Thin-cut and evenly marbled, the steak is well-seasoned and served with mustard sauce, a stack of potatoes and mixed vegetables.

Apart from the food and the view, you will be pleased by the gracious service from servers who are professional and tuned-in to the relaxed atmosphere of the place. Make your reservation to ensure no regret.
